About your trial (±2 hours at the Art of Make-Up studios)

The trial date is set to ensure that your foundation is accurately matched to your skin tone, your eyebrows are shaped correctly and the most enhancing make-up colors are selected for your skin.

On your wedding day you should radiate Beauty and Elegance; your make-up application will become you, enhancing your unique personality, which photographs beautifully!

It is your big day when you should be treated like a queen and look like a princess. Give your bridal outfit the perfect sensual finishing touch with a soft, classic natural make-up application. Even though your wedding dress and hairstyle play the vital role in your image, remember that make-up is the key to any complete look. If you look good, you feel great and that’s a fact!

About your Trial:
Our weddings expo special offer - ‘Very important” shall be a two hour make-over session with me!
The 2-hour consultation shall include a teaching lesson, which offers you the opportunity to learn the make-up secrets for yourself.
Art of make-up shall teach you the correct make-up techniques, from how to match your foundation perfectly and which make-up colours shall suit you the best. I will create a day look and turn this natural look into an elegant evening look. You choose your desire look. Your eyebrows shall also be professionally shaped. Natural False lashes shall also be available on request for the wedding day. We will also teach you how to touch-up your make-up during your wedding day. Art of make-up are a stockists of “Studio and Professional make-up" and also been in business for the past ten years. We prefer and recommend that you make use of our make-up products. The products are hypoallergenic, reliable and absolutely the best quality, worldwide. Powder and lipstick shall be essential throughout your wedding day and can be purchased at our salon.
Your trial date must be confirmed with the office. Trials shall only be scheduled for weekdays as week-ends are scheduled and booked for weddings, shoots and workshops. Mothers and bridesmaids shall also be welcome to the trial. They shall also if required come in a day or two before
the wedding for an eyebrow shaping at an additional price of R60.00. Eyebrow shaping for the bride is included in the package. Eyebrow and lash tinting is also available. The trial shall include a free make-up file with all the valuable information that you have learned during your teaching lesson. The lessons that shall be taught shall always be an investment in your-self to treasure for a lifetime.


On your Wedding day
To make your day special, we travel to your home or wedding venue and do a professional make-up application for you the Bride, the Bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls etc, using all the products previously selected at your trial.

After your hair is done, we require at least an hour to complete your make-up application and additional forty-five minutes per person (moms and bridesmaids). Your make-up will enhance your unique personality and photographs beautifully! You will be ready to face the biggest day of your life with added confidence.
